  • Personal attacks create a hostile environment that chases away productive users
  • Personal attacks are still personal attacks, even if worded cleverly: "I my opinion you seem *to be acting like a moron..."
  • Reverting the action of another users always deserves an explanation, even if done by an admin
  • Complaints that are not specific may be ignored
  • Complaints that are ignored should not be repeated unless they provide new information
  • If people do not respond to complaints then further action may be needed
  • "Assume good faith" does not mean "Act like a sucker"
  • If you apply the true spirit of consensus, instead of just counting votes, people will always *complain.
  • I will try to enforce policy, but sometimes there are simply to many people resisting it and I give up(for a little while).
  • Always remember Wikipedia is not an experiment in freedom. Altruism can be detrimental to the project if it is not tempered by a little bit of brain matter.
