From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Boy Vs. School was first conceived in August of 2010 by Jack McLintock, Lindsay Watt, Joel Johnson.

Survival Wizard - Cub Steams

At first, it was a simple project: A short film for Media. Almost instantly, it blossomed into something special. Once the script was written, filming quickly began. Two weeks later, the finished project, the original Boy Vs. School, was done.

It was released to universal praise and quickly shot up the popularity charts on YouTube. So on enough, people began to ask questions about a sequel. After much deliberation, a theme for the sequel was decided upon & the script was written soon after. Filming began just four days after the public release of the original Boy Vs School, showing just how determined the team was to make the sequel.

Boy Vs. School 2

[edit]

Boy Vs. School had set people's exceptions for the sequel at near impossible levels. But with the theme of surviving a night at school, Boy Vs. School 2 explored new and exciting grounds. When it was released, less than one month after the release of the original Boy Vs. School, it surpassed even the highest of expectations. It received over twice the views the original Boy Vs. School received on its first day. Not bad for the first ever sequel to a Media project.

Master Edition

[edit]

Boy Vs. School Master Edition is the most ambitious release yet. Aiming to bridge the original Boy Vs. School & Boy Vs. School 2 and including over 15 minutes of new, never before seen footage is no easy task. Yet after months of hard work, the most complete version of Boy Vs. School is ready. It is how Boy Vs. School was meant to be seen.

So that is the story of how a humble Media project became a massive hit.

Boy Vs. School 3

[edit]

A much anticipated third film, 'Boy Vs. School 3', completing the greatest trilogy of all time, is planned for release on 11/11/2011 7:00pm AEST.
