Hill Top IT is an American consumer electronics and information technology consulting business based in Prescott Valley, Arizona which operates a Hill Top Computers retail location, and a mobile service. Originally founded as a electronics repair company, Hill Top has been a Microsoft partner and computer repair shop since 1997. Hill Top IT offers an array of information technology consulting services to companies in India, UAE, Israel, Austria, Russia, and the USA[citation needed].

History

Hill Top founder Michael Hill started the company in 1993 as a mobile electronics repair service for the dental and medical industries. Hill Top originally manufactured integrated medical information systems used in Arizona. In 1997, Michael Hill changed the company to an LLC taking on a business partner and together they expanded Hill Top to bring other IT consulting services to an international customer base. In October 2009, Hill Top changed it's name to Hill Top IT and made their services available to the immediate local community[1], and then opened a repair shop[2] that serviced modern computer equipment and legacy computers including the Commodore 64. In early 2010, Hill Top IT became a CableOne dealer, and began supporting Mac OS and Android in addition to Windows. In May 2011, Hill Top assisted Forbes in writing a non-technical description of the Stuxnet logic-bomb[3][failed verification].
