Alfred Henry Haffenden (1895 - 11 January 1971) was an English writer and early activist for veganism.

In November 1944 Haffenden attended the formation meeting of The Vegan Society that was held at the Attic Club, 144 High Holborn in London.[2]
Haffenden died in 1971.[3]
