- I chose this article because obviously COVID-19 is impacting our lives today and for the past several months. I have traveled to Costa Rica and I'm curious to how they are dealing with the crisis.

The lead mentions the statistics and facts behind the crisis in Costa Rica, but doesn't give much insight to their government or response to the issue. However, there is not an excess of information and everything mentioned is somewhere in the article. The lead is short, concise, and very clear to understand.

I believe this article has a neutral stance and most of the claims seem to align with the facts of the crisis. There isn't much persuasion or other viewpoints because this topic is based mostly on facts and science.
