Description

Displays a flag of the named parameter in "icon" size, currently 22x20 pixels plus a one pixel border. The image also has a clickable link to the associated article.

Usage

flag: The first parameter is mandatory, and identifies the name of the country used to call it with the Template:Flagicon {{{Flagicon|flag}}}.
city: The second parameter is mandatory, and identifies the name of the twinned city.
region: This parameter is mandatory, and specifies the region like county, state, and country the city is located in.
year: The year is an optional parameter to specify the year establishing the partnership.
list: If this optional parameter is not omitted it can only contain off. In this case the list item mark * will be avoided.
