- This article provides a comprehensive retrospective overview of the Parcel C conflict, written shortly after its resolution. Andrew Leong, is an Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts Boston, as well as Co-Chair of the Coalition to Protect Chinatown. It is a secondary source from a reputable author, and thus is considered reliable.
