A house in Ohio which has been uncovered as keeping approx 30 dogs in unsafe and unsanitary ways. They have no warmth or real shelter just old bins to sleep in and are chained up. Very distressing videos can be found online originally posted on tik Tok.

These poor animals have been let down by there owners and the authorities so now something needs to be done.
