Travis Meadows is a songwriter-survivor and Nashville recording artist from Jackson, Mississippi. After years living in Nashville, he was recently named "Nashville's most badass songwriter” by Rolling Stone.[1] Some recent cuts include "What We Aint Got" by Jake Owen, Grammy-nominated "Riser" by Dierks Bentley and "Dark Side" by Eric Church. The list continues with artists like Wynonna Judd, Frankie Ballard, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Mary Gauthier, Levi Lowrey, Ronnie Dunn and Blackberry Smoke.[2]

Meadows suffered from drug addiction and alcoholism for most of his adult life. Once he left his final stay in rehabilitation, he was able to share his recovery with a new 2010 album, Killin’ Uncle Buzzy. Jake Owen released "What We Ain't Got" on on his Days of Gold album. Travis toured the US in 2015 with guitarist "Whiskey Jack" and recorded another album.
