Her technical background thus came to form the basis for her transition in later years into the publishing industry. Following her marriage, she joined the family business enterprise and has since been working in multilingual book exports for over a decade, bringing into operations her experience in IT and management.
Career
[edit]Sheetal Bagwe is instrumental in transforming her family's 91-year-old legacy in printing and publishing[3] into a modern business that blends traditional values with innovative technologies. She founded SAMS Digital in 2022[4]-a digital agency specializing in web development, software solutions, and digital marketing. Under her leadership, SAMS Digital has supported over 30 government departments by providing digital publishing platforms.
Outside her work at SAMS Digital, she is a partner in Sundaram Digital Publication House[5][6], where she is pivotal in upgrading operations to modern levels. Among her various initiatives, the most prominent has been the implementation of leading-edge technology such as the Digital Library Management System-DLMS-which really introduced a revolutionary change in managing the library.
