Caesar James is an American actor of Spanish descent known for his intense, varied yet forbearing onscreen presence in films such as the award-winning Coyote (2017), the well-received Heed The Call (2017) and the suspense thriller Summerhouse (2018).

Caesar was born in Spain and raised in Southern California. He's proud of his Spanish heritage that goes back centuries. His grandfather fought against Franco in the Spanish Civil War and was interviewed by Ernest Hemingway.

Caesar's parents divorced while he was quite young and he was raised by his mother and grandparents, none of which spoke English. Thus, Spanish was his first language, not learning English until Kindergarten. He's been fluently bilingual most of his life.

He started acting in stage productions in his teens and starred in his first "motion picture" at age 18, a feature spoofing a 007 adventure.

After graduating college, he began pursing an acting career and supported himself in Hollywood by being a highly sought-after nightclub DJ. Caesar took a break from acting for some years during which time he taught himself the craft of screenwriting. He's written several screenplays resulting in many accolades including winning the 1st Place Award at the prestigious Worldfest-Houston Int'l Film Festival.

But it's always been acting that he primarily loved so at long last he's returned to it. During his first two years back, he was cast in some 60 productions.
