Yes, I'm aware that I'm not an administrator anymore and have once gone on the record as saying that I would sooner put a lit cigarette out in my own eye rather than take up the mop again. There occasionally ARE days that I wish I had the tools, though. This is usually at some ungodly hour of the morning when WP:AIV is bogged down in vandalism reports and nobody has bothered to block and clear in an hour or more and the vandals are running rampant, (My warnings to "stop vandalizing or you'll be sorry!" fall on deaf ears when the vandals start to realize that nobody is going to block them.) or when there is need for rangeblocks (which a distressingly few admins seem comfortable doing.) In other words, despite wanting to take a Xanax every time I think about being an admin again, I recognize that there's times that I would be more efficient as a sysop.

To that end... my conditions for recall are not conditions to remove my tools, but rather my conditions to endure another RfA and regain them.

I have turned down every offer to be nominated for RfA since my little circus with ArbCom, and will continue to do so until the following conditions occur:

I must be approached to take up an RfA by at least one of the people on this list:

AND at least one of the people from this list:

Should both of these conditions be met within fourteen days of each other, I will accept a nomination to undergo a RfA circus and I even promise not to be surly about it.
