Infrastructure Victoria (IV) is a statutory authority of the Government of Victoria, Australia, tasked with advising the state government on infrastructure development through research and strategic planning. IV was established in 2015 and in 2016 released a 30-year infrastructure plan for Victoria, including recommendations for the development of the state's roads, railways, educational facilities, health system, court system, and other infrastructure. Although it sits within the Department of Premier and Cabinet, its board is made up of secretaries of a number of Victorian government departments and appointees from the private sector, and is not under the direct control of any ministers.
