Dr. Anthony Betrus is a Professor of Educational Technology at the State University of New York at Potsdam. His research interests are primarily in game-based learning, particularly the application of motivational principles of games to instructional settings. He writes a monthly column for 4th Coast Entertainment magazine as "The Game Connoisseur." He also serves as the National Director of CyberLearning STEM+ Academies for the National Education Foundation.
