Thomas Drew Hart (February 13, 1946) is an american actor.




Early Life

Hart was born in Seattle on February 13, 1946. His parents were from Vancouver. Hart was interested in aircraft growing up. He wanted to go to flight school. When he was 14, he got his pilots license. He flew around famous people. Once he flew an actor to New York City. He learned about how great it was being an actor. He gave up his dream of being a pilot to go to a performing arts school. He went to the Yale School of Drama. In 1970, he landed a role on Evolution.

Early Career

Hart played a leading role on Evolution. He played Jerry Cerman, a young man who teaches biology to High Schoolers. In 1976, he landed a role on What's Happening!!, and quit his role on Evolution. He stared in 10 films before 1985. Blues Brothers, Kill Mon, Direction As said so and Hells Opening are a few movies he stared in. He also appeared on various TV shows. In 1985. Larry Copaouwski wanted to show people New York City's wild side. So he decided to create a show called New York Reality (best known by NYR). He played Hermin Roy. A soft, small town, guy from Sharon Springs, Kansas, who moves to New York and faces the unpleasing amenities (AKA: Muggers, Murderers, Street Gamblers, Robbers, and Hustlers).

NYR

NYR was a popular TV show that began in 1985. The six manin characters were Hermin Roy (Tommy Hart), Richard Edirick (Regis Philbin), Frank Dale (Larry David), John Philip (Jason Alexander), Gerald "The City's Herald" Merald (Darius McCrary), Hank "The Sale from Jail" Bank (Shawn Harris 1985-1995) (Chris Rock 1995-2005). Hermin was a soft, nice, peace loving, guy from Sharon Springs, Kansas, who decides to move to New York City after a natural disaster hits Sharon Springs. In the city he meets challenges such as Muggers, Murderers, Hustlers, Robbers, and Street Gamblers. In the 1989-1991 season, Hermin gets a girlfriend named Candice (Jane Levye). In the last episode of the season Candice dies in a treadmill accident. She puts the treadmill on 10. She fell off and flew out the window of the One Worldwide Plaza in Times Square. The show ended when Larry David and Jason Alexander wanted to leave. Larry Copaouwski and other producers couldn't find replacements. They decided to end the 20 year series. In the last episode, Hermin heard from Gerald that Sharon Springs was rebuilt and so was his house and that his parents were okay. He wanted to move back while the four men were walking Roy said "You Know, people say you can never conquer New York. Well I just did. YOU HERE THAT NEW YORK I JUST........". Before Roy could finish his sentence, he was shot and the screen blacked out.

Later Works

After NYR, Hart stared in 3 movies. Hitch, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and Madagascar. Hart retired from SNL in 2007. Hart now appears on FNL and other popular shows on YouTube.

Saturday Night Live

Hart worked with SNL from 1987 to 2007. He did impressions of George W. Bush, Tommy Lee Jones, and Ossama Bin Laden. He also plays roles in various skits. He left on his 20th year due to his divorce.

Friday Night Live

Hart appears reguarly on FNL broad casted on YouTube. He participates in various skits and helps host the show.

Personal Life

Hart is an Atheist.

Hart married his first wife Jessica Hampton in 1976. They have 5 Children. David, Marie, Mark, Richard, and Julia. The two divorced in 1991, cause of Hart's busy career.

Hart's son David, was put on medication for his addiction to Marijuana. The medicine mad hm think his wife was having an affair with a friend. He beat up his wife and threatened to kill his kids. Him and his wife divorced. He was put on parole until the medication wared off. David attempted to kill his friend and was thrown in jail for 50 years. His medication wore off and ever since has tried to comit suicide for 3 years. In 2010 he has pleaded for a sentence to death.

In 2002, Hart married Jane Levye's sister, Tanya Levye. They divorced due to an ownership conflict of Hart's estate in Orlando.

Hart Currently works with SNL Productions. He currently appears every firday on YouTube's Friday Night Live which is an internet version of Saturday Night Live.

Hart currently resides in Boston, San Fransisco, New York City, and Miami. He mainly switches between Boston and New York. Hart also owns his own private jet and helicopter.
