Super Cup winners

[edit]

The French Super Cup (French: Trophée des Champions) is the third trophy available to clubs in the French football system. First played in 1947, it consists of a single match contested by previous season's league and cup holders. The game is usually played around the time of the beginning of the following football season, in July or August.

The match was played under different names until 1995, when the current name was adopted. Since 2009, the match is often played outside of France.

Key
Manager went on to win the French League 1 and French Cup, winning all three domestic trophies in the same season.
