🇱🇷Samuel Warner Saye, Jr whose stage name is Tiffay Warner❤️, is a Liberian artist, songwriter, vocalist, entrepreneur and public administrator. He was born on June 6, 2003 to Mother Musu Reeves Flomo and Mr. Samuel Saye Sr. He obtained elementary education at the Ganta United Methodist School, Nimba county, Liberia and his secondary education was completed at the St. Michael Catholic High School, New Georgia Estate Road, Gardnersville, Monrovia, Liberia. He is a very talented African by nature. Being inspired by Lil Durk, King Von, Polo G, Doodie Lo, Lil Baby, Lil Poppa, Quavo, Wizkid, Iyanya, Runtown, Christoph the Change, Jzyno, Nuchie Meek and CIC, he started making good sounds (music) at the age of 20 with his friends Big Smoke and 33. They founded a record label called YBSN (YOUNG 3lESS SAVAGE NIGGA) but unfortunately the label deteriorated gradually.
