909er is UCRGrad

I strongly suspect that 909er is a sockpuppet of UCRGrad, created for the purpose of helping UCRGrad push his POV on the article University of California, Riverside, which is in violation of a Wikipedia policy on sockpuppets, and somewhat disruptive.

Here are my reasons for suspecting he's a sockpuppet:

1. 909er made his very first edit merely 21 minutes after UCRGrad's 3RR block wore off. [1][2]
2. 909er's first edit was to insert additional description of racial hate crimes in surrounding areas, [3] immediately after UCRGrad lost a debate (because of no concensus) on being able to do that same thing (which is what UCRGrad got that 3RR block for).
3. 909er removed many {{citeneeded}} tags that had been placed after additions that UCRGrad had made (and/or additions he had repeatedly defended from deletion in the past). [4]
4. When 909er's changes were reverted by someone else, UCRGrad restored all of those changes. [5][6]
5. Some suspiciously similar edits with identical formatting peculiarities. [7] [8]
6. 909er words his edit summaries (and talking) in a peculiar manner with stuff like "yo", "yoyoyo" and "extraneous" mixed in, [9][10][11] suggesting it is done to purposely appear to behave differently from the sockpuppeteer.
7. 909er has a tendency to put his comments in all bold text, as does UCRGrad. [12] [13]
8. 909er has edited only the University of California, Riverside article. Not only is this highly unusual behavior for a non-sockpuppet new user to follow, but it is exactly the same behavior as UCRGrad, who also edits only University of California, Riverside. (Also, neither user has bothered to create a user page, not that it means a lot.)

In other words, 909er matches most of the characteristics of sock puppets, and supports the same views (controversially negative about this one university) as UCRGrad.

71.198.58.193 is UCRGrad

Besides behaving apparently identically to UCRGrad, 71.198.58.193 has signed as UCRGrad on some of his posts.[14] [15]
