Early Life and Education
Thomas P. Fallah was born on May 24, 1970, in Paynesville City, Montserrado County, Liberia, to Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Fallah. His roots trace back to Foya District, Lofa County, Liberia. Fallah received his early education at Monrovia College, where he obtained a diploma and WAEC certificate in 1997. He furthered his education by earning a BBA degree in Business Administration and Management from the African Methodist Episcopal University in 2008. Subsequently, he pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from Cuttington Graduate School, graduating in 2022.
Legislative Career
Fallah's legislative journey began in 2005 when he was elected as the Representative of District#7, Montserrado County, in the 52nd National Legislature. Since then, he has been re-elected successively, representing various districts including District#5, Montserrado County, before ultimately being elected as the Representative of Foya Statutory District#1, Lofa County, in the 55th National Legislature. Throughout his tenure in the National Legislature, Fallah has served diligently in various capacities within legislative committees. He has chaired significant committees such as Youth & Sports, Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries, Maritime Affairs, Public Accounts & Expenditures, and Ways, Means Finance Development & Planning, among others.
Contributions and Achievements
Fallah's legislative contributions have been instrumental in shaping key policies and legislation in Liberia. Notable among these include his involvement in initiatives such as the establishment of the Paynesville Community College, creation of the Water & Sanitation Commission (NAWASHC), and the enactment of laws supporting education, such as the Act establishing a Special Fund to support the Free Tuition Public University Program and the WASSCE Examination for Twelfth Grade. Apart from his legislative duties, Fallah has also been actively involved in nation-building initiatives.
