The User:TheyCallHimEnvixity, is the Director of The Coconut Council. The Coconut Council is a fun and harmless student organization based at Westfall Local School District, with connections in Circleville Middle School. Their purpose is to, "Coconut, coconut, coconut."
With very few members, they are only around to "bring some fun into students' lives, as well as their own"
