InfoTrack is a privately-owned cloud based, Australian technology company with offices in the United States[1], United Kingdom[2], New Zealand[3] and Australia[4].

InfoTrack, while primarily an information broker which provides property, company and personal information from land registry and government sources[5][6][7][8], the company has since launched a joint venture with the ASX[9][10] and is applying to become an ELNO[11][12] to compete with PEXA[13] in the e-settlements market.

History and Development

InfoTrack was founded by Christian Beck back in 2012[14], and is now a part of Australian Technology Innovators Pty Limited[15] which was created using the largest debt raising for a technology company without private equity involved[16]. Beck has since been named 2017 Australian EY Entrepreneur of the Year[17][18]. Christian is currently ranked 109th on the AFR Australian Rich List[19].

In 2016 InfoTrack’s technology was used in the first paperless sale from exchange to settlement for an Australian property in history[20][21].

InfoTrack also facilitated the first electronic contract to be executed at a property auction[22][23].

LEAP is a privately-held Australian software company that provides small law firms with a cloud-based legal practice management platform. LEAP was founded by Christian Beck in 1992 with an aim to improve legal workflows with technology[26].

  • Sympli

Sympli is an Australian electronic property settlement platform, owned jointly by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and InfoTrack. Sympli was founded in May 2018 and has applied to the Australian Registrars National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC) to become an Electronic Lodgement Network Operator (ELNO)[27][28].

InfoTrack was listed on Deloitte Technology Fast 50 in 2014[29] and 2015[30] and in the BRW Fast 100 in 2014[31] and 2015[32]. InfoTrack was also recognised in the ABA 100 awards in 2015[33], 2016[34] and 2017[35] and was voted in the AFR Most innovative Companies two years in a row[36][37] and has been recognised on the Australian Great Place to Work list in 2014[38], 2015[39], 2016[40] and 2017[41].

InfoTrack’s GM of Human Resources Fiona Crawford, a former Olympian Softball player was voted on the HRD Hot List in 2017[42] and a HR Director of the Year 2017 finalist[43].

InfoTrack Supermaxi Yacht

In 2017, InfoTrack Founder Christian Beck purchased former record-holding supermaxi Perpetual Loyal from Anthony Bell. The supermaxi was renamed ‘InfoTrack’ and competed in the 2017 Rolex Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race[44], placing 4th line honours with a time of 1 day, 12 hours 11 minutes and 19 seconds[45].
