[edit]Summary: The hat brothers are two highly talented musicians from Ipswich, Suffolk and are known by many to be the founders of The Northgate Posse. They are made up of Lyle Marsbar Hat, a local multi instrumentalist that writes all the music to the Hat Brothers's anthems. He can be seen frequenting the bars and venues of Ipswich smoking various illegal substances and chatting up the local scene kids. He shreds the axe and plays harmonica for the Hat Brothers as well as being an accomplished pianist. Ben Obo Hat originally claimed to have been sent from Jupiter to bring psychedelic music to Earth's population. He writes the lyrics to most of the songs and plays the musical spoons and sings for the Hat brothers. Many sources seem to prove that Lyle and ben Hat aren't actually brothers, but simply jam and busk together, creating new, raw musical fusion from the very substance of their surroundings. They have been involved in several other projects in their respective musical careers, Both of them playing for The Arabian Goggles for a short period of time, and also being involved with the recordings of The Pug Dog Club Collective. For their most recent recordings, they have recruited the help of Jacob, a ukulele player, Benji Turpin, a guitarist and violinist and producer and conservative politician William Haigh.
Adventures: The Hat Brothers claim in their songs to have been through various some would say unlikely musical journeys, experiences and adventures. There most renowned being the time they were in Mexico and helped the local council by defeating the evil Bandit "El Cuntito" and saving a small hamster for a child named Juan. Whilst travelling the road in their gypsy wagon they have reputedly hitchiked all the way from a teenage garden party in Holbrook and returned to the legendary punk club CBGB's to raise an army of dead guitarists to fight an evil mystical force in Siberia. They were also once spotted at a Barbie somwhere in the australian Bush, eating wallabie and prawns.
