Kathleen Wilson is a former American actress who was active in old-time radio.
Wilson is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ben F. Wilson, and she grew up in Berkeley, California. She began dancing about as soon as she was able to walk, and at age 6 she appeared with dancer Ruth St. Denis. Actor and director Irving Pichel was a cousin who provided her with early experience on stage. She attended the University of California and won a fencing championship while there.[1]
Wilson's radio debut came in 1930 in Dead Men Prowl, a Carlton E. Morse mystery serial.[1] She later portrayed Claudia Barbour on the radio soap opera One Man's Family.[2]
In 1933, Wilson married Rawson Holmes.[1] On August 28, 1943, she married publisher Eldridge Haynes in West Los Angeles.[3]
