Effie Palmer (died August 19, 1942) was an actress in the era of old-time radio. She appeared in more than 1,000 episodes of radio programs.[1]
Early years
[edit]Palmer was born on a farm near Albany, New York, but she grew up in Boston. She was educated at the School of English Speech and Expression there.[1]
Career
[edit]Palmer acted in stock theater and performed monologues before she debuted on radio.[1]
