Shwetank Anand (born 05 Jan 1984) is an Indian wikipedian, registered and active since 27 August 2006. He was working at Royal Bank of Scotland Group as Manager until April 2011. He has also worked with Quatrro Analytics and Management Services (P) Ltd. and Fractal Analytics Pvt. Ltd.. He did his majors in Mathematics and Computing from IIT Delhi.
Early life
[edit]He was born in Ranchi (Jharkhand). He is the younger of the two children born to his parents who live in Patna (Bihar). Shwetank did his schooling from a number of schools in Ranchi, Deoghar, and Patna.He completed his high school education (12th standard) from St Michael's High School,Patna. Shwetank received numerous awards during his school days. The most notable was the National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) which he got after completing his 10th standard. While he was in 12th, he got selected for second phase of Chemistry Olympiad placing him among the top 200 students in Chemistry in India. He came 2nd in the Brain of Bihar contest held in 1999. He scored 93.6% in his matriculation examination (AISSE) making him the topper amogst all the students who took the exam from his native state Bihar. He topped his batch in his higher secondary examination (AISSCE).
