Heaviest Ever flood in Northern Namibia

Northern –Central Namibia experienced the heaviest flood ever recorded. During rainy season year 2011 unlike previous years.[1] According to[2]),state the causes of flood as a result of overflow of an expense of water from Angola that submerges the land or cover the land that not normally covered by water. In general flood has a large impact on human’s life, as it disruptive effects human settlement and economic activities. while on the other hand it benefit, since it recharge ground water, making soil more fertile and providing nutrients in which its deficient. The problems of flood in northern part of Namibia is natural phenomenon hence finding solution is highly impossible, its therefore important for us to find mitigating measures, to strive to solve such problems.[3]
