Tagore School of Rural Development & Agriculture Management has been operating since July, 2010 at Kalyani to produce human resources meaningfully in diverse disciplines of Agriculture.
History
[edit]Tagore School of Rural Development & Agriculture Management started in 2010 as the first private Diploma Agriculture Institute in West Bengal situated at Kalyani, the dream town of Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, the First Honorable Chief Minister of West Bengal. In 2014, TSRDAM came under the purview of the Tagore Education and Rural Development Trust with Anindya Dasgupta as the Managing Trustee and Bidisha Dasgupta as the Chairperson. In 2023, Mainak Dasgupta was appointed as the Member Board of Trustees.

[edit]Tagore School of Rural Development & Agriculture Management has a global recognition, as it is affiliated to the University of Kalyani (UGC recognized, under Ministry of HRD Dept., Govt. of India) Kalyani, Nadia, West Bengal. The Institute has collaboration with NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) under ASCI (Agriculture Skill Council of India), Govt. of India.
