Maryville Downs is a countryside suburb estate in Lower Chittering about 10 minutes north of Bullsbrook and approximately 60 km from Perth. Maryville Downs used to be a cattle farm and is now an estate which is currently very popular in real estate. File:Maryville-title.gif

Other Information - Every street is named after cattle e.g Murray Crey, Angus, Limousin, Hereford etc.
