The Such Qckalez studio managing director and producer Mwape Kalembwe has had a very vivid and Interesting career in the music industry which can be traced back in the early 2000's . Driven by the passion for Music from a young age Mwape Kalembwe was born in 1991 in samfya district. He attended chilumba primary school from 1997- 2003 St. Clement's secondary school and later on went to Samfya secondary school in Luapula province in 2006-2008 where he finished his high school. while in high school, he performed in various musical activities including the inter schools music festival of 2007 were he was chosen as the best rapper.
When he finished high school Mwape natured his talent in music. He began to produce and manage local artists from Samfya. Like his favourite quote "Knowledge is power", he applied at the University of Zambia in 2010 in the school of Education which could have killed his music career but the passion grew even stronger. It was during his time in at University of Zambia when produced hit songs like "back in charge" which featured the beautiful song bird Razi.
"You don't have to be the most talented, you just have to be the best at taking action". Mwape being a good and skillful learner that he is. Used his knowledge and skills acquired while at the University to venture in photography and professional video shooting. It was the hard work and determination that gave birth to the popular name Such QcKalez which means "Never seen before". Such Qckalez has lived up to his name since as evidenced in the material he has produced which is always unique, new and fresh. His songs have received massive airplay on radio bangweulu and his videos are some of the most watched local videos on youtube. Now a proud owner of a music Studio which produces music videos, Audio and photography. Such Qckalez is also involved in community service. He visits the neighbouring villages were he donates food and clothing to the less privileged. Under his community service events artists signed to his label also hold free performances in the community as part of giving back to the community. What is so heartwarming about these events is the fact that he identifies the local talents and give them a platform and a life time opportunity to showcase their talent. The locals look up to him as their hero because of his selfless nature.
Despite the Challenges he has faced in the industry he has emerged victorious. He is currently the biggest producer in Luapula province with over 10 hit songs which include "Broken record by Razi ft III cletis, Destiny is calling by Zed icons ft Razi, Back in charge by QB5, Razi and QcKalez among other songs. He has eight (8) recording artists signed to his label and he boasts of having shot nine (9) videos in total in his short but lasting career and he is still soaring high. His future plans are to sign big artists to his label and going international. He also hopes to work with prominent producers and directors in the industry for his future projects. A name on everybody's lips QcKalez is the name that can not go unheard and indeed a force to reckon with because he is the producer to look out for. "Music is the food to my soul". Such is such!
