I seem to have burned out on Wikipedia. I said all I have to say long ago. Nowadays it's all about arguing with fanatics and dickheads over what to cut. So I decided to get my life back instead, cleared my Watchlist and faded away.

Per WP:EXPERT, I edit the following and related articles from time to time, as the only axe I have to grind is what I find in reliable sources. Nevertheless, I may be seen as having a COI in these matters.
After around 10 years' study, I self-published a biography of Dunne. I have also published an edited edition of his book on dry fly fishing, Sunshine and the Dry Fly, and written an essay on his influence on C.S Lewis.
Besides Dunne's contribution to the field, I have self-published two short books on aviation, covering the de Havilland DH.88 Comet, the Levis-Belmont (aka James aka Leonie) monoplane, Essex Aero and the Hugo Wolf F/A-18C simulator. And the odd peer-reviewed article elsewhere.
Sometimes I forget to log in. My IP address was once pretty static and nobody else seemed to use it so up until 3 May 2019 83.104.46.71 (talk·contribs) was in effect an accidental alias. On 3 May 2019 I changed my phone connection and ISP, and my IP address is now dynamic; typically it resolves to a mobile gateway a hundred miles or more away. Sorry about that, folks.
