I devote all I have for the proud nation of South Korea.

I belong to South Korea and am proud of it. Nothing shall stop my devotion to my mother nation.

Starshade

[edit]

This is Starshade here.

From South Korea, I'm currently learning in India as a student in National Academy For Learning (for longer than I should be). Thanks to the English learning I received here, I'm able to work as a Wikipedian and a Wikian (notably in StarCraft wiki).

I am a descendant of Kim Du-han. However, for some reason I was born with a reasonable brain instead of a strong physical body, unlike most of the people in my family line. This brain has been used in receiving the first place golden medal in the whole of India and South-east Asia in New South Wales competetion in mathematics.

My works will be based mainly on Korean literature, such as novels and manhwa. My first article in Wikipedia, incidently, happens to be Pink Lady, which is undoubtedly the most popular Korean cartoon ever, and probably the most outstanding one as well. I plan to make another article about an SF novel titled Gishigam, or Deja Vu.

As a writer myself

[edit]

One of my ambitions is to publish a project, which tells a story in both novel and manhwa formats. To do this, I'm currently reading SF novels and drawing comics. It looks pretty much like manga, but I make sure it is different from those (although not all would notice the difference). It will be quite a dark story involving much gore, and will reflect many serious social issues in minor.

About Japan

[edit]

I'm an extreme nationalist, and I am sure of it. However, I don't really hate Japan. No. (嘘をつけ)I love some manga, am fascinated with the technology Japan displays (especially in nanotechnology and robotics) and want to have some Japanese as my friends. What I do hate is the Japanese government that tries to cover the wrongs their nation did fifty years ago. It's completely unforgivable. It tries to fool its people by faking the school textbooks and turn people against the world. That is what I do hate, but I don't have anything against Japanese people. Other than anti-Korean ones, by the way. That Kenkanryu almost made me want to tear its author apart with my hands. (Actually I'm planning on a revenge against its author. In my novel described above, I will take revenge. The Japanese people are not the target. Just the anti-Koreans. It will be very cunningly added.)

Favorite SF literature

[edit]

Well, I'm a huge fan of StarCraft. Its official novels (Dark Templar Saga especially) are fascinating. Gishigam/Deja Vu was shocking to me. Bernard Werber's ant works were also inspiring. Mainly, my attention goes to SF. And I'm interested in almost nothing else. (Pink Lady is an exception.)
