The Novas Project is the practical application of ecological economic, closed- system design, and innovative thinking on behalf of architect and ecological industrialist, Robert Shields to demonstrate the economic viability of designing, and building a completely sustainable and self sustaining city, in the Central valley of the Upper Yukon in Alaska.
