The 2013–14 Manchester Premier Cup is the 79th season of the Manchester Premier Cup, the County Cup competition of the Manchester Football Association and traditional involves Non-League football clubs. 16 clubs from Greater Manchester will enter the competition, beginning with the First Round on 24 September 2013.[1][2]

The defending champions are Mossley, who beat Salford City 4–2 on penalties after a 2–2 draw in the 2013 Final.[4]
