In their study, forensic anthropologists Isabel De La Cruz et al. identif the remains of 37 children at Temple R in Tlatelolcho, or present day Mexico City.[1] Based on their findings, a majority of the remains were determined to be male. They argue that males made the majority because children were a better representation
