Launched in 2016, A musical duo from India. Zephyrtone is one of the youngest and fastest rising electronic act which consists of Sayan (Age 18), originally from kolkata and Zephyr (Age 19) who hails from Ahmedabad, but are both currently residing in pune.
The best way to describe this duo is by the title of their debut EP - ‘Shooting Stars’. Taking the country by storm, Zephyrtone’s energetic performances are making crowds dance like never before. Sayan's productions and Zephyr's voice fuse together to create an exceptional soundscape of covers as well as original tracks.
Inspired by current pop sounds, soft lyrics and lyric video, Zephyrtone recently released the video for their single, ‘Only You’ and have already garnered more than 3 million views.
They have been performing together since 2016 and have played at some of the biggest music festivals and venues across the country. Zephyrtone stands out with their innate desire to deliver their very best at every show.
Early life and career beginings
[edit]Sayan & Zephyr share similar musical ideas and are destined to make music together. They're childhood friends and both of them have come from a musical background. Sayan has completed his course of Indian classical music at a young age of 8 and Zephyr has passed her course of Western Classical Music from trinity college with distinction. They grew up listening to a lot of pop music and both of them dreamt of becoming a musician when they were young. In 2016 they decided to form this unique duo of a live Vocalist & Music Producer. They started of making cover remakes of artists like coldplay,zedd,Guns N' Roses to name a few. After they became confident about their music they started releasing their own original music.
