  1. Once upon a time, there was a young girl named Punam who lived with her Parents and two sisters. She was fascinated by the world around her

and loved to observe the way things moved and was very curious about the world around her.

One day, while she and her friend wanted to Play inside punam's house they needed space to play She observe that when she and her friend tried to move a sofa in her room but it does not move. She tries very hard still,  it does not move. Because the sofa was  heavy. But when she tries to move a chair it moves and she tries to move a small box it moves. Because Weight of the chair and box is less.

One day, while playing with her cars, She noticed that when She let go of a car, it would continue to move in the same direction, unless acted upon by an external force. She became curious about this phenomenon and decided to investigate it further.

Punam gathered her toy cars and set up a ramp in her backyard. She then released the cars down the ramp and observed their movements. She noticed that the cars continued to move in the same direction unless acted upon by a force, such as friction or air resistance.

There are so many things in universe that push and pull a lot of things. As we say things are lazy they will stop the movement in a place because things in the path force them to stop like air , ground, obstacles etc. In space things will move without stopping because there is no obstacles

Conclusion:An object continues to remain at rest or in a state of uniform motion along a straight line unless an external unbalanced force acts on it.’

2. Punam was playing outside, she noticed that a large rock took more effort to move than a small pebble. She became curious about this phenomenon and decided to investigate it further. Punam  gathered different objects of different masses and sizes, and began to push and pull them. She noticed that the heavier objects required more force to move than the lighter ones. She also noticed that the faster she wanted an object to move, the more force she had to apply.

One day Punam & her little sisters were playing on the swing. Her younger sister whose weight is 30kg sits on the swing and Punam pushes her. While pushing, her little sister goes higher. Now her elder sister whose weight is 60 kg sits on the swing. when punam pushes her elder sister does not go higher.

Force required for elder sister is more than younger sister.

Why?

Because of the weight / mass.

So to accelerate more or to go Higher on swing the force required changes according to mass.

Velocity: Directional speed of the object in motion

Acceleration: Rate at which velocity changes with time in terms of both speed and direction.

Mass : Quantitative measure of inertia,

a fundamental property of all matter.

Force : Force can cause an object with mass to change its velocity.

Force is an influence that can change the motion of an object.

Force is vector quantity - both magnitude & direction

F = M×A

Conclusion : ‘The rate of change of momentum is proportional to the applied force and the change of momentum occurs in the direction of the force.’

3. Punam went to boating with her sister. While boating punam handle's the oar. while moving she observes that while moving the oar she was pushing oar backward direction but the boat was moving in forward direction.

Conclusion: ‘Every action force has an equal and opposite reaction force which acts  simultaneously.’
