I'm way into early punk of the late 70's/early 80's. I'm not big on research so I don't know as much as many of my friends do. I was raised on "Chicago Punk", i.e. Naked Raygun, but I'm a big fan of early L.A. Punk; more so than N.Y. Punk. I wish I could have been in L.A. during that time, but... . I'll do what I can to preserve history correctly.

I can give personal incites (pun intended) during that time, but I'm not good at having anything to back it up.

I've personally known most of the members of many Chicago punk bands during that period of time, and got to meet quite a few L.A./U.K. band members after the fact. Including Lorna Doom! :) I have the ultimate quote from her but it's "original research." :( Sorry.
