History

Founded in 2012, The Q Experiences team consists of designers who handcraft customized journeys to exotic destinations. Vasim Shaikh, Founder and CEO of the company started out in the travel industry in 2001 and still continues to remain a part of the family business. He branched out in 2012 to start "The Q Experiences" with plans to take travel to the next dimension by curating luxury experiences like never before.They believe that no two itineraries can ever be the same, which is why the team of specialists customize unique travel experiences that essentially lead to the brand message of ‘Luxury Travel Reimagined’.^[2] The Q Experiences have ventured into small ship luxury cruising, one of which is "The White Continent", an Antarctic experience.

Unique Journeys

The company deals with exclusive travel experiences. Some of the experiences include exploring the Arctic and Antarctic, Polar Bear Migration and Bush Plane Safaris.^[3]

The White Continent

One of their major curations is for Antarctica. In 2017 they made a maiden journey to the seventh continent. This curation is an eleven day journey on cruise which begins from Ushuaia, Argentina. Michelin Star Chef Atul Kochhar curated Indian dining experience for travellers on this journey.^[4]

Polar Bear Alley

The Polar Bear Alley has been designed to provide travel and wildlife enthusiasts a once in a lifetime opportunity to get up close and personal with the Polar Bears. They set up camps in the remote locations of tundra regions for experiencing Aurora Borealis or the Northern Lights^[5]
