  • I'm just using Wikipedia because the edit link is under every heading
  • Focus on the transitions. You can write more about the episodes later. Assembling a narrative is the next step in prototyping.
  • Then you can record a dictated sound track and do some video editing.

Promising results against PSV and Liverpool helped Atletico reach the knockout stages. A controversial penalty for Liverpool denied Atletico a famous win at Anfiel.d But defeat to FC Porto on away goals was the end of their first champions league adventure in 11 years.

The following season, they'd be humbled by Chelsea before Porto again ousted them but this time more convincingly with Radamel Falcao getting on the scoresheet.

The revamped champions league that Atletico had spent 11 years looking on from the sidelines included a clause that the team finishing 3rd in the group stage would enter the Europa League. Valencia, a shadow of Cuper & Benitez's teams that flew the flag of the revamped Champions League, crossed paths in the quarter final.

Rafa Benitez, now at Liverpool were in decline under new American ownership. The 2 teams squared off in the Europa League semi finals. Fernando Torres was unable to play against Atletico struggling with injury. Maxi Rodriguez was now a Liverpool player though cup tied. Again the sides finished deadlocked after 180 minutes. But Torres' replacement, Diego Forlan, would strike a hammer blow at Anfield just as he'd done in 2002. All that stood in Atletico's way of their first trophy in 16 years was another English team Fulham, who'd spectacularly overturned a deficit against Juventus on their way to the final.
