- This concept seems applicable to modern instruments as well as many of old. I don't know the ins and outs of it but more insight should be pursued.

- This seems to me to be an important source (albeit I have not read the work which is available from Amazon.com for a mere $155) for our modern understanding of how we measure time.

- Seriously? There isn't more than a sentence written on our current stage in the modern understanding of the worlds above?
The articles on the Book of Optics and The Reckoning of Time look most pertinent to the class and most doable. The main concern there is access to English translations and secondary sources on those two works. I'd go with whichever one has more secondary sources here in the library. The Golden Age of Cosmology article could certainly use improvement but it's too late for our class. Also, I'd caution you not to duplicate material in other cosmology articles. The Molinology article might be a bit esoteric. I would think it would be hard to find sources and you're really talking about the study of mills rather than how those mills actually worked.
