Early Life and Education Suraj Samim, also known by his alias Abdul Aziz Poya, was born in Afghanistan and raised amidst the socio-political turbulence of the region. Following the fall of the Afghan government to the Taliban in 2021, he fled to Iran as a refugee, living there until 2023.
