Not just the absence of illness or disability, but also total physical, mental, and social well-being characterizes a state of health. It is a complex idea impacted by social, environmental, behavioral, and hereditary variables. The World Health Organization (WHO) stresses that a person's health is an asset for daily living that is a reflection of the intricate relationships between their environment, lifestyle, and genetics. It is attained by combining social, mental, and physical well-being. It is not only the goal of life but also a constructive idea that emphasizes one's own and others' resources. Living a long life requires being in good health, which is influenced by a number of variables including personal habits, genetic make-up, surroundings, and availability to medical care.
