Dr Azam Raza Tabassum was born on April 15, 1987, in Rawalpindi.

Ancestors

Your ancestors were originally from the city of Gurdaspura in India, which after the partition of India, became situated in the city of Faisalabad (formerly Lyallpur) in Pakistan.His great-grandfather, who was elderly at the time of migration, got lost on the train journey to Pakistan. Later, grandfather and uncle went to India in search, searched extensively but couldn't find him anywhere.His grandfather, Chiraghuddin Pehlwan, was a famous wrestler and had a reputation in Gurdaspura. . However, after coming to Pakistan, he left wrestling and became involved in farming, which was a family profession. Additionally, he had a keen interest in farming and particularly enjoyed raising sacrificial animals every year, taking care of them throughout the year. He was a simple person but held strong beliefs, theories, and ideas.His grandmother was an extremely humble and virtuous woman. She taught many children the Holy Quran. She was known for taking care of all the village's domestic chores, showing kindness to the less fortunate villagers, and having a strong desire to help them. She was known for her answered prayers, she had strict observance of fasting and prayers, and her dedication to ensure her children prayed. Her strictness in this regard earned her fame throughout the village. This family of respectable lineage in the village was renowned for its excellent morals, generosity, and sacrifices." His respected father, Mr. Fazal Rabani, had a connection with the Pakistan Army. He was a remarkably compassionate and accommodating individual. Your upbringing is a practical example of Dr. Muhammad Azam Raza Tabassum. Wherever his father was, he made sure to involve him in military exercises, sports, and military training. Because his respected father had a connection with the Pakistan Army, he acquired education from various FG Schools in different cities. His educational journey began from Okara. He passed his matriculation exam from FG School Abbottabad. However, from childhood, he was more inclined towards religious education. During childhood, his interest in studies grew, and he developed a passion for Urdu. He used to read newspapers and jot down interesting stories in his diary. Searching for proverbs and jokes, He nurtured this passion slowly, evolving into a writer. Reading Urdu with enthusiasm and sharing what he had read with others formed beautiful memories of his childhood.In school, he consistently participated in various programs, tableaus, dramas, and recitations with dedication. There was even a time when he was given the role of Jinnah in a play during his matriculation exams, and in preparation for it, his teacher scolded him multiple times. In response, he ad-libbed the sentence, 'If Jinnah was portrayed like this, at this moment, our enemies would have had the most Jinnahs.' Upon repeating this sentence, the Physics teacher, Mr. Ilyas, said jokingly, 'Say it again, what did you say?' Upon repeating the sentence, he embraced Dr Azam Raza Tabassum warmly and even gave him fifty rupees as a reward.

Undoubtedly, Allah Almighty bestows the understanding of religion upon those with whom He intends good. Due to his excellent upbringing by his parents, he resolved to acquire education about the evident religion. For this noble purpose, he entered Darul Uloom Muhammad Ghousia Gulzar-e-Madina, Hasan Abdal, and initiated the pursuit of religious education. Justice Pir Muhammad Karam Shah Al-Azhari's institution was renowned for providing education in both Islamic and modern sciences. According to Justice Pir Muhammad Karam Shah Al-Azhari, a scholar should have bright eyes. Pir Muhammad Karam Shah Al-Azhari was accomplished during his tenure as the Chief Justice of the Federal Shariat Court. He hailed from the lineage of Bahauddin Zakariya Multani. Bahira itself is a historical city where Sher Shah Suri had also risen. If you were travelling from the Jhelum River towards Lahore on the Motorway, you would encounter Bahira on the right side of the Motorway, but from the Motorway's left side, a tall minaret and a prominent white dome will be visible to you. During hia student days, his writings were so comprehensive that they adorned newspapers and magazines. After acquiring four years of education from Madania Gulzar-e-Madina Hassan Abdal, Dr Azam Raza Tabassum arrived at Darul Uloom Madania Gulzar-e-Madina Bahira. Due to his disciplined habits and hard work, it didn't take long for him to become a recipient of his respected teachers' attention. An eminent instructor of Dr Azam Raza, Munir Ahmad Baksh Sahib, speaks about him that 'When I observe the beautiful engagements and religious services of Muhammad Azam Raza Tabassum, it brings immense joy to my heart.'" Another instructor of Dr. Muhammad Azam Raza Tabassum, the honourable Professor Zulfiqar Ali Saqi, mentions that striving for religion at a young age and during student years is not just a sign of the Allama Iqbal's ideals, what else could it be? May Allah bestow blessings in his knowledge, actions, writing, thoughts, contemplation, and in all aspects."

Dr Azam's honourable teacher, the honourable Maulana Muhammad Islam Razwi, mentions his good fortune in the following manner: 'Dr. Muhammad Azam Raza Tabassum is extremely fortunate, as Allah granted him the gift of a sense of humour at a young age.'"
