Yes, it explains what dance improvisation is and it also gives a real life example of dance improvisation.

The headings and subheadings are clear as they are in bold font. There are no images. Footnotes are also clear with appropriate links.

The article gives different examples and it gives a description of each of them. It doesn't give a lot of information on the topic, but it is helpful.

There is a neutral point of view.
