Sachitanand Singh (born 1 August 1948) is an Indian politician who is the Congress President of Tarari Block Since 1985. He previously served as Mukhiya, Moap Kalan Panchyat Bhojpur, From (1978 to 2010) and a member of Pax Moap Kalan From (1985 to 1999). he is also district member of Bhojpur Co-Operative Bank. Sachitanand Singh is graduated from the Maharaja College Arrah.

Early life and education

Sachitanand Singh was born in middle-class family in Moapkalan Bhojpur district, Bihar, on 1 August 1948, the fourth of the four children of jagnarayan singh and Maheshwari Devi. His father was also a (political and social activists).Sachitanand singh spent most of his childhood in his native place Moap Kalan Bhojpur district, Bihar. He was educated at High School, chawari. He graduated from the Maharaja College Arrah.

In 1963, Sachitanand Singh married Basanti Devi. The couple has two children.
