I think it's so cool how your starting of a Pet Culture article for the U.S.

I really like how you start off the article by talking about integral pets are to most U.S families and how it's evolved over the years. You also give some history about how pet ownership has increased over the years. The article also has a great tone to it by staying neutral on the topic and just focuses on the facts and I thought it was really cool how you added a section on how much money pet ownership is in the U.S. Great job on adding a "see also" tab so people can look at the topic in other countries.

I like the number of references you currently have it makes the article feel more credible.

Suggestion

I was looking at the Pet Ownership in Japan and they have a section called "In Everyday Life" and I think you can find many things on how pet ownership in the U.S. has kinda become a way of people treating their pets like kids or how much on average Americans spend on pet accessories, food and vet bills.

Similar to the Japan article, maybe you can add what pets are popular here in the US.

I would also add some pictures to the article just so it can hook the reader.
