Charles (Charlie) Williams is a Korean-American enterpreneur that founded billiard promotions and productions company Dragon Promotions. Williams started his career first as a professional billiards(pool) player and is still currently ranked in the top 10 in the United States and top 20 in the World. In 2001 Williams founded Dragon Promotions and began producing major pro events. A decade later his company has grown to be the largest producer of international billiards events in the world which also manages top players such as Mika Immonen (#1 ranked in the world), Rodney Morris (Top 10 in USA), and Jeanette Lee (The Black Widow). Williams is an experienced TV producer and promoter, as well as writer and billiards sports announcer. He also coaches top women's champion Yu Ram Cha of Korea and billiards celebrity Shanelle Loraine. He co-owns Dragon Promotions with partner Cindy Lee, CEO of DP. Their company has produced over 100 major events and hundreds of hours of television programs in billiards through networks such as ESPN, ESPN Star Sports Asia, Eurosport, MBC ESPN (Korea), XTM (Korea), and ABS-CBN (Philippines).
