Seth Jaben was an American illustrator and artist, who was active in the 1980s and 1990s in New York City, producing marketing and product packaging art for sock maker E. G. Smith, Inc., as well as illustrations for books and magazines. Jaben also designed and launched a line of wrist watches bearing his name. His work was featured in the 2003 US Design 1975-2000 retrospective at the Museum and Arts and Design in New York City, and at the Denver Art Museum.

Seth Paul Jaben was born on October 28, 1956, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Lawrence and Diane Jaben. He attended the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, Rhode Island, after which he moved to Manhattan and opened the Seth Jaben Studio. in addition his work for E. G. Smith, Inc., Jaben illustrated books by Roald Dahl, ..., and magazine articles published in ...., He died in New York City on December 19, 2003 from complications associated with AIDS.
