Kim Winslow is the first female to referee a match in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). The achievement came when Kim refereed an undercard fight on the final episode of The Ultimate Fighter finale between Nick Osipczak and Frank Lester.

Kim also has experience in Strikeforce and WEC (World Extreme Cagefighting) organizations.
