About Me

[edit]

I was born in Ridgewood, NJ at The Valley Hospital (i.e., it's original location) and grew up mainly in Warwick, NY, Ridgewood, NJ and Paramus, NJ. My interests and contributions to Wikipedia include topics about relational databases, fluid dynamics and the sport of golf. After transferring from Warwick Valley High School, I finished at Ridgewood High School and acquired a large amount of golf experience at The Ridgewood Country Club (RCC), a 27-hole A. W. Tillinghast designed golf course located in Paramus, NJ. I have a strong interest in golf course design.

I hold M.S., M.Eng. and B.S. degrees in the earth sciences and information systems fields, all obtained from the northeastern United States. One of my advisors is a 2nd generation Andrey N. Kolmogorov professor, whom graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology within the Landau Institute for Theoretical Physics department, worked directly under Andrei Monin at the Shirshov Institute of Oceanology, and later, worked for the Soviet Union's NASA. Professionally, I've held leadership roles managing people and projects that involved scientific computing, data science, data engineering, middleware, constructing service-oriented architecture, many areas of relational database programming, and database administration.
